Winter Weekends
These cold wintery weekends at least there is something to look forward to. Imagine a roaring log fire a hot cup of coffee and crumpets with generous helpings of real butter and Abu's Marmalade. And aahh the feeling of well being is all over you.

Another marmalade order on its way
Now you know what we do here is how we do it. No, not the secret recipe, sorry, but how we pack and ship the marmalade. In keeping with our policy of using good natural products only, we searched for natural packing material which resulted in visiting the local pet shop and clearing out their supply of bags of soft clean straw! No polystyrene bits for us as they make such a mess and damage the environment. Similarly the brown paper bags are in keeping with our desire to use natural products as much as possible. We know that's how you like it.

Handmade Seville Orange Marmalade
Accidents can have surprising results. Started making Seville orange marmalade for fun. Family and friends seemed to like it so much that neighbours started asking if they could buy it. Well couldn't really say no. One thing led to another and the village shopkeeper asked if he could stock it. Flattered, so started supplying him. Surprised by the popularity among villagers and tourists. So now am in the process of going global with my totally non preservative handmade Seville Orange Marmalade.
